Chicken-Ham Roll-Ups
Chicken-Ham Roll-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 3 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned, 6 slices boiled ham, 2 tbsp. butter or oleo, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 c. dry wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper; flatten with side of knife.
Top each breast with slice of ham.
Roll up and secure with toothpick.
In skillet, brown roll-ups in butter.
Stir in soup and wine.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
A good side dish with this is rice.
