Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken breast, boned and cut into small pieces *, 6 slices bacon, 1 large bell pepper, 1 large onion and 3 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry bacon in wok.
Remove.
Crumble and set aside.
Drop eggs into bacon fat and fry.
Remove and set aside.
Add chicken and saute until tender.
Remove.
Add small amount of vegetable oil, if needed.
Add pepper and onion; saute until tender.
Return bacon, eggs and chicken to wok.
Add rice and stir to mix.
Add soy sauce to your taste.
Leave in wok and serve.
