Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt, 5 tbsp. peanut oil, 1 c. chopped green onions and 4 c. cold, cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs with 1/4 teaspoon salt and fry in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
Cook until dry and separated.
Remove eggs.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil.
Add green onions, then rice.
Stir-fry 5 minutes and then add chicken broth and soy sauce.
Add eggs and chicken strips (pre-fried).
Heat together, stirring occasionally, on medium heat.
Serves 4 to 6.
