Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, 3/4 c. pepper (red and green), 1/4 c. onion, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut pepper and onion before cooking.
Can use ham, pork or beef, even lobster and shrimp combined together if you like.
Cook 1 cup steam rice.
Heat the frypan.
Pour a little oil on it.
Put rice and chicken, pepper and onion in the frypan and stir it.
Add sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Stir until it is done.
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
