Chicken Fondesto
Chicken Fondesto is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken parts or cut up chicken, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 3 tbsp. milk, 1/4 c. prepared mustard and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix the milk, mustard, honey, salt and curry powder with the melted butter.
Place the chicken parts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the chicken, covering each piece thoroughly. Place in a 350Β° oven and bake until chicken is golden, about 1 hour.
Baste the chicken with the glaze several times while baking.
(Sauce can be doubled and refrigerated and it will keep indefinitely.)
