Chicken Flautas
Chicken Flautas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked shredded chicken, 2/3 c. picante sauce, 1/4 c. green onion slices, 3/4 tsp. ground cumin and vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine chicken, picante sauce, onion and cumin; mix well. Heat 1/2-inch oil in skillet until hot.
Quickly fry each tortilla in oil to soften, about 2 seconds on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese down center of each tortilla.
Roll tightly; secure with wooden pick.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
Serve warm with guacamole. Makes 32 appetizers.
