Chicken Fantastic is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry onion soup, 1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves, 1 (8 oz.) bottle russian salad dressing and 3 chicken breasts, split, 1 cut up chicken or 6 thighs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine soup, preserves and salad dressing.
Arrange chicken in a 12 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
Brush with oil; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on Medium-high for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is done.
