Chicken Escort Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boiled chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces, 1 can each: chicken and mushroom soup, 1 stick oleo, melted, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 box escort crackers, crushed (must be escort), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir crushed crackers into melted oleo.
Put half on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken on crackers.
