Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped, 1 medium onion, 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onion in butter.
Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and heat in large skillet on stove.
Place layer of tortillas, sauce and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Repeat.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes uncovered.
