Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 small onion, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Saute the onion in butter.
Add soup and chicken; bring to a boil.
Add sour cream and stir until well blended.
Dip tortillas in boiling water or chicken broth.
Fill tortillas with one tablespoon of the chicken mixture and a little cheese.
Then roll up.
Pour remaining filling over all and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
