Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 chopped onions, 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter in pan.
Saute onions; add green chilies and garlic.
Stir in flour and chicken broth.
Add salt and cumin. Simmer 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 350Β°; grease cake pan.
Fry tortillas slightly in hot oil.
Dip into sauce.
Roll chicken and cheese in each tortilla.
Pour remaining sauce and cream over enchiladas.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, green onions and tomatoes.
