Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken, cooked and boned, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine and heat soups, seasonings, onions and broth, mixing well.
Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with chips, then layer of chicken, half the sauce and cheese on top.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
May be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
