Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boiled, seasoned, deboned chicken breasts, 1 pkg. large flour tortillas, 1 large jar salsa dip, 1 pt. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place small amount of chicken down center of tortillas.
Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of salsa over chicken and roll up; place the seamed side down in baking dish.
Mix sour cream and soup and pour over tortillas.
Cover with thinly sliced cheese; cook until it melts and bubbles.
Do not brown.
