Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with meat (from 2 chickens), cooked and cut up, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. chopped green chilies, 1 large onion, diced and 1 doz. corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Layer in rectangular baking dish
6 tortillas, then half of chicken mixture and half of the grated cheese.
Repeat layers.
