Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. milk, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1 can green chilies and 1/2 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix soup, milk, sour cream, chilies, jalapeño and 1/4 teaspoon cumin in blender.
Mix cream cheese, onion, chicken and 1/4 teaspoon cumin in large bowl.
Roll mixture in flour tortillas. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and pour liquid mixture over top. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 5 minutes.
