Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 can green enchilada sauce, 1 can green chiles and 1/2 can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix chicken, sour cream, enchilada sauce, green chiles and chicken broth in pan and heat.
Fry tortillas until softened. Layer in shallow pan the sauce, tortillas and onion and top with cheese.
