Chicken Dressing Casserole
Chicken Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. diced celery, 1 medium onion, chopped and 3 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut up chicken and boil until tender.
Take chicken off bones. Put 1/2 of chicken in large casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Put 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 bag crumbs over chicken.
Mix 2 cups chicken broth with soup.
Pour over mixture in dish.
Place remainder of chicken, celery and crumbs in dish.
Top with other 1 1/2 cups broth.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
