Chicken Dressing Casserole
Chicken Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken until tender.
Set aside 1/2 cup broth from chicken.
Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
Set aside.
Combine soups, milk and 1/2 cup reserved broth in pan.
Cook until heated through, stirring well.
Combine stuffing mix and melted oleo. Spread half in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer chicken on top of stuffing; pour soup over chicken and top with remainder of stuffing mix.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
