Chicken-Dressing Casserole
Chicken-Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boned chicken breasts, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook chicken 40 minutes.
Casserole can be made with breasts left whole or cut up.
If cut up, mix with sour cream and undiluted soups.
Put in a greased 8 x 12-inch casserole.
If whole breasts are used, mix cream and soup and cover breasts.
Mix stuffing with water and butter.
Put on top of chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350Β°.
