Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of celery soup, 2/3 c. water and 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove; pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook over low heat until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with rice.
