Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, skinned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, flour and 1/4 c. sherry or white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Coat chicken with flour.
Saute chicken in skillet sprayed with cooking oil spray until golden brown; remove.
In same pan, saute mushrooms with garlic salt or 1 clove minced garlic.
Add wine or sherry.
Stir in soup and remaining ingredients.
Return chicken; simmer for about 15 minutes, or until done.
Serve with rice or noodles.
