Dredge cutlets in flour and brown in oil (use large skillet). Cover with sliced potatoes.
Cover potatoes with onion slices. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Add pepper to taste.
Mix bouillon cube with water.

Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
