Spray a 13 1/2 x 9-inch pan with Pam. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Lay on bottom of pan. Cover with Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, wine and stuffing mix. Melt butter and drizzle over stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
