Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 whole chicken, cut up, skinned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 2 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in pan.
Cook chicken until lightly browned. Remove from pan.
Arrange in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix together soup, mayo and curry.
Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle crackers on top. Cook at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese on top the last five minutes.
Serve with rice.
