Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. garlic salt/powder and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry bacon crisp; set aside.
Retain 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Add celery, onion and garlic to grease.
Stir and cook for several minutes.
Add flour and stir until flour begins to cook. Add milk, broth, applesauce, ketchup and curry powder to make a sauce.
When sauce begins to thicken, crumble bacon and add bacon and chicken to sauce.
Heat through.
Serve over rice.
