Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 green pepper, 1/2 c. celery, 1 c. diced onion, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 or 3 lb. chicken, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Precook chicken with salt and pepper in small amount of water. Bone chicken.
Break it up and dice it.
Melt butter in skillet. Add onion, green pepper, celery, garlic and lemon juice.
Cook until tender.
Add chicken and stir.
Then add to curry sauce. Serve over hot rice.
