Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 3/4 cube oleo, 4 medium onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 9 garlic cloves, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry on medium-high heat the oil, all spices and celery leaves until absorbed by oil and not powder.
Add tomato sauce and cook until thick.
Skin and cup up chicken and put in large pot. Add sauce to chicken and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Add water to not quite halfway to the top of chicken.
Cover and simmer until done.
