Chicken Corn Soup
Chicken Corn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. chicken fat or margarine, 1/4 c. cut up onion, 2 tbsp. grated carrot, 6 tbsp. flour and 2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In chicken fat or margarine, saute onion and grated carrot. Add flour and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth.
Add cream-style corn, half and half or milk, black pepper and parsley for color.
Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, then add cut up chicken.
Let simmer for awhile.
