Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an easy dinner. Made with 4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 4 (1/2 oz.) slices low-fat swiss cheese, 4 (1/2 oz.) slices 98% fat-free danish ham, cracker crumbs and salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Flatten chicken breasts with mallet. Take 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham and roll up in chicken breast.
Roll chicken in cracker crumbs and seasonings.
Place in glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
