Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 skinned, deboned chicken breasts, 8 slices slightly cooked bacon, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, 1 (10.5 oz.) can undiluted cream of chicken soup and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with chipped beef.
Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and arrange in dish.
Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
Bake at 275Β°, uncovered, for approximately 3 hours. Twenty minutes before baking is finished, sprinkle cheese over chicken and finish cooking.
