Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless chicken breasts, 6 thin slices ham, 6 slices swiss cheese, 1 can mushroom soup and milk (measured in soup can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pound chicken to tenderize. Dip into egg and then into bread crumbs.
Salt and pepper each piece.
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each cutlet.
Fold in half and brown on all sides until medium brown.
