Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an easy dinner. Made with 4 boned skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb. total), 2 thin slices cooked ham (about 1 1/2 oz.), 2 slices mozzarella cheese lite and crushed seasoned croutons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice chicken breast 3/4 across.
Cut ham and cheese in half. Lift top 1/2 of chicken breast and lay 1 piece of ham and cheese on top of bottom breast.
Fold top back down.
Brush chicken breast with water and roll in crushed croutons.
Place in a baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
