Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese and 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet, on medium heat, cook butter and chicken 10 minutes, until browned on both sides.
Remove and set aside. Combine soup, cheese, water or wine and ham; heat to boiling. Add chicken.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 5 minutes. Serve with egg noodles.
