Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk to rinse out soup can, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and 4 thin slices cooked ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

To cook chicken, put enough water in a pan to cover chicken and bring to a rolling boil.
Put chicken in pan and cover.
Bring back to rolling boil, turn heat off and let pan sit until cool. Place soup, milk and mayonnaise in pan and bring to a boil.
Place cooked chicken in baking dish, sprinkle with pepper and put a ham slice and a cheese slice on each breast.
Pour soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
