Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken cutlets, flattened, 1 beaten egg, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, 4 slices ham and 4 slices swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash and pat dry the cutlets with a paper towel.
Dip each cutlet into the egg.
Then dip in the breadcrumbs.
Put a slice of ham and cheese on each cutlet.
Roll and secure with a toothpick. Spray pan with Pam.
Place rolled cutlets in pan with a few thin slices of butter on top.
Bake at 400Β° until brown (35 to 40 minutes).
