Chicken Cord-Don Bleu
Chicken Cord-Don Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast halfs, 3/4 lb maple ham (sliced), 1/2 lb swiss cheese, 1 can of campbell's cream of chicken soup and 1 c milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Take one chicken breast half, lay flat.
Put 2 slices of ham on chicken, then put one piece of cheese on ham folded up.
Roll chicken with ham and cheese in middle.
Place a toothpick through chicken to hold together.
Continue until all chicken is rolled. Place in greased cake pan.
Mix cream of chicken soup and milk until mixed well, pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours and serve.
