Chicken Cilantro
Chicken Cilantro is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 boned, skinned chicken breasts, 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. oil, 6 large cloves garlic, minced and 3 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut chicken into 1/4-inch pieces.
In large skillet, melt butter.
Add onions, garlic, cilantro and lemon.
Saute until tender.
Add cut chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 5 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Pour over 6 cups steamed rice. Serves 12.
