Chicken Chow Mein

Cut peppers into thin strips.
Cook with sliced celery in margarine for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth.
Blend cornstarch with cold water and soy sauce.
Gradually stir into broth.
Add onion soup mix.

Serve with rice or noodles.
