Chicken Chili
Chicken Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chickens, cooked and chopped, 2 chopped onions, 1/4 lb. margarine, 2 cans green chilies, chopped and 12 oz. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions in margarine 20 minutes.
Add chilies and chicken.
In double boiler, melt cheese, tomato juice and condensed milk.
In casserole dish, make layer of chicken mixture, then tortilla chips, then cheese sauce.
Make at least 2 layers and cover with tortilla chips.
Bake at 375Β° in preheated oven until bubbly hot.
It freezes well.
