Chicken Charlie Casserole
Chicken Charlie Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 uncle ben's boil-in-bag rice, 1 pkg. thighs, boiled with bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can corn and 1 can peas or 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen vegetables and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare rice according to package instructions, then spread out in the bottom of a large baking pan.
Boil chicken until done; cool.
Remove meat from bone; layer evenly over rice.
Season to taste.
Prepare vegetables according to packaging and layer over chicken.
