Chicken Chalupas
Chicken Chalupas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can green chili peppers, 12 oz. yellow or white cheese or both and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the chicken, 1/2 of the sour cream, 1 can of soup, chili peppers, cheese and onions together.
Fill each tortilla with the mixture (about 3/4 of a cup); roll the tortilla.
Place it in a casserole dish.
Mix other can of soup with the rest of the sour cream; cover the tortillas with it.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes.
