Chicken Chalupas
Chicken Chalupas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 flour tortillas (medium), 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped, 2 c. cream of chicken soup, 1 (7 oz.) chopped green chilies and 1 large sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine soup, onions, sour cream, chilies, olives and all but 2 cups of the grated cheese.
Set aside 2 1/2 cups of this mixture.
Combine chicken with remaining
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll and place seam side down in large casserole
Spread remaining mix over top and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
