Chicken Cavalatte
Chicken Cavalatte is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk and 2 c. cooked chicken (2 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in 1/4 cup butter until transparent.
Melt 1/4 cup and blend in flour; stir in milk.
Stir over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in all of the remaining ingredients, except rice and cheese.
Spread rice in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
Pour chicken mixture over rice and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
