Chicken Casserole with Wild Rice
Chicken Casserole With Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. long grain and wild rice, 2 c. hot water, 1 fryer chicken, cut up, salt and pepper to taste and 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine long grain and wild and water in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add salt and pepper.
Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture.
Bake, covered,
1 1/4 hours at 375Β° or until chicken is done.
