Place soup, mayonnaise curry powder in a 2 quart casserole and mix well.
Add frozen vegetables.
Do not cook, just break apart. Add chicken or turkey.
Spread cheese on top and then cornflakes, margarine and parsley.
Microwave for 35 minutes on Medium.
