Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 1 1/2 large pkg. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken breasts until done, saving broth.
Chop onion, celery, and bell pepper.
Melt margarine, saute onion, celery, and bell pepper.
When vegetables are cooked until almost done, stir in bread crumbs and stir until moist.
Mix the soups together. Spray 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish.
Put half of bread crumbs and vegetables in bottom of dish.
Put soups and chicken on top of this.
Put rest of crumbs on top.
Pour broth over all of it. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
