Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned, 2 or 3 boiled eggs, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 can chicken broth and 1/2 small size pkg. pepperidge farm herb dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish.
Slice eggs over. Dilute soup with 1/2 can chicken broth.
Pour over above.
Spread dressing mix over this.
Pour 1 1/2 cups broth over dressing mix. Put pats of butter on top and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
