Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick butter and 1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil chicken until done.
Crush crackers.
Melt butter and mix with crackers.
Layer bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish (save enough to sprinkle on top).
Mix the cream cheese, soup and broth on stove; cook until thick.
Tear chicken into pieces and put on top of crackers.
Pour mixture on top of chicken.
Sprinkle remaining crackers on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
