Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breast halves, cooked and diced, 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook rice in chicken broth.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Add soups and cheese and mix well over low heat until cheese melts.
Blend in broccoli then rice, chicken and seasonings, mixing well.
Bake in buttered 2-quart rectangular casserole dish.
(Can be frozen before cooking.)
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
