Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 sleeve ritz crackers, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil the chicken until done. Debone and place in a large bowl. Add both cans of soup and sour cream; mix well.
Put in a casserole dish. Crumble up the entire sleeve of crackers and sprinkle on top of the chicken mixture.
Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over the top of the crackers.
Bake in a 350Β° preheated oven until bubbly. Throw together your favorite green salad, add some rolls and you have a quick meal.
Cream of celery or onion soup may be used as the soup.
